In a cave, atop a mountain's crest,
A lion dwelled, mighty and blessed,
His roar resounded, a thunderous might,
Striking fear in the darkness of night.
Ten miles away, his voice reached,
Evoking terror, all creatures beseeched,
But fate took a turn, a twist unforeseen,
As the lion stepped out, his roar turned
serene.
No sound emerged, no tremor of fear,
A silence engulfed, the lion shed a tear,
Puzzled and lost, he questioned his worth,
For who would fear him, devoid of his roar's
birth?
Days turned to weeks, his spirit grew weak,
Depression consumed him, his outlook bleak,
No longer himself, he roamed with despair,
His mighty presence now tattered and bare.
But deep in his soul, a flicker of light,
A glimmer of hope, a beacon so bright,
For true strength, it lies in the heart,
Not just in the roars that tear worlds apart.
He realized his worth, beyond the sound,
In his courage, his presence, a king unbound,
He roamed the mountains with newfound grace,
Embracing his essence, fear he did erase.
No longer seeking fear, but spreading love,
He soared high, like an eagle above,
His gentle gaze, a mesmerizing sight,
Calming the fearful, bringing them light.
He taught the world, through silence and strife,
That true strength comes from within, in life,
For fear may be fleeting, a temporary plight,
But the courage to overcome, shines ever so Bright.
And so, the lion conquered his fear,
His voice may be gone, but his spirit clear,
He roamed the mountains, his heart set free,
A symbol of triumph, for all to see.
In his journey, he showed the world his might,
That the power to overcome, is a beacon of
Light, for in the face of fear, we rise above,
Embracing our essence, with unwavering love.
